The Rotaliano Plain is also home to the teroldego grape, a coveted insiders’ tip in the world of wine. Teroldego is genetically linked to the syrah grape, but many wine connoisseurs claim that it’s unlike anything else they’ve ever tasted. When it comes to the cultivation of the teroldego grape, Elisabetta Foradori is an unquestioned expert.
