The Gaggenau showroom is on the 32nd fl oor of the Istanbul
Sapphire, a new high-rise that also houses a shopping centre, a
hotel and exclusive apartments. This shimmering blue tower,
which spirals elegantly up to a height of 261 metres, is the city’s
highest building and the tallest residential complex in Europe.
From the windows, it off ers an incomparable panorama: the
Bosporus, Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Palace sparkle in the
setting sun. The minarets and mosques of the historic Sultanahmet
