www.psi-network.de PSI Journal 5/2016 BOFA NEW STRUCTURE IN SALES MANAGEMENT BOFA-Doublet GmbH has restructured its sales division with effect from 1 March 2016. In order to further promote the export business and to stay abreast of developments in Germany, sales has now been divided into two sections. Paula Vieth has taken over management of the newly established section “Export and International Development”. She Paula Vieth will now focus even more intensively on international customers and support them with their projects. Sales Germany is now headed by Stephan Baumgart. Baumgart, who was previously responsible for the Agencies and Key Accounts team, has been familiar with the challenges, customer structure and production for many years. The increasing customer demand for conceptual consulting in the area of promotional technology and Stephan the developments of Baumgart BOFA as a full-service provider in the event area were the reasons for this step: “Restructuring is a response to the constant changes of the international markets and our expansion plans in other European countries,” said managing director Jean-Bernard Doublet. www.bofa.de < WITH A NEW BOARD VÖW CELEBRATES 25TH ANNIVERSARY The newly constituted Board of the association of Austrian promotional product distributors (VÖW) was elected for the next two years during the recent annual general meeting. The newly elected VÖW Board members are introduced here. Konrad Godec was reelected as VÖW President. Gerhard Wagner is Vice President and Secretary of the association, and responsible for the VÖW website. Wolfgang Kohout was elected CFO. Klaus Pohn was elected to the VÖW Advisory Board; he is responsible for the VÖW certification. Günter H. Seybold was also elected to the VÖW Advisory Board. He is responsible for the VÖW product catalogue. Christian Pichler was elected to the Extraordinary Board. He is responsible for public relations. Stefan Radlgruber was also elected to the VÖW Extraordinary Board. His scope of duties include member recruitment and support. In addition, the VÖW will be celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. For further information: www.werbemittelhaendler.at < GEMACO GMBH NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR APPOINTED With a Master of Business Administration, Lukas Schad took over management of Gemaco GmbH as of 17 March 2016 and will manage the team in Germany “with a great deal of motivation and ambition”, according to the company headquarters in Mönchengladbach/Germany. He boasts solid experience in marketing and management and has a remarkable track record in dealing with customers from industry and FMCG in Germany and Switzerland.
