The advisory team consisting of manufacturer partners and top display staff was well prepared and took the time to competently inform and advise the customers. “The decisive factors in the cooperation with our customers and manufacturer partners are meticulous planning, brainstorming, quality of the selection, logistics, shipping and faceto-face meetings,” says managing director Hans Thiele when explaining the successful outcome of the trade show. “Our customers and manufacturer partners underline time and again the pleasant atmosphere, the diversity of ideas of the presentations and the practical nature of the applications shown.” INCREASE IN INQUIRIES “The intensive and personal contact of all employees with their customers is a deci- sive “hub” of the success of top display,” emphasises Ralf Reichert, authorized signatory for consulting and sales. “98 visitors from 52 companies was the successful outcome at the end of the day. With this number of visitors, we are slightly below the previous year, but with over 150 qualified inquiries we have achieved significant growth,” he adds. The top manufacturer partners were equally positive. FOCUS ON PRACTICAL KNOW-HOW One focal point of the event was the lectures. mbw GmbH presented lectures on the topic of “Quality and safety – giving a present with tested safety”. Ullmann Schreibgeräte GmbH gave a lecture on the subject “The signature of advertising: Individual writing style makes its mark!” In addition to presenting the companies, the content focused on the important safety aspect of promotional products and the variety and finishing options of writing instruments.
