www.psi-network.de PSI Journal 1/2016 Meeting and contacting made easy: the new PSI matchmaking Tool. Also ideal for the last last-minute minute planning of trade show appointments. ception, get-together, PSI Night or PSI AF- TER WORK – an industry sensation like the PSI needs its networking event, where exhibitors and visitors can meet on an evening for cultivated partying. So it is especially practical that this year’s evening event once again takes place at the trade show itself. On the Thursday of the trade show, you can leave the daily routine behind you as soon as the trade show ends at 6 pm and immerse yourself in the relaxed afterwork atmosphere. Here you will be able to chill tastefully with a glass of wine and light refreshments, meet interesting people, and socialize with them. A cocktail bar will provide the right flair and congenial drinks. NETWORKING MADE EASY: PSI MATCHMAKING TOOL The PSI brings together supply and demand, but above all people, as it has been doing for more than fifty years. But it has never been so easy to make direct contacts and appointments beforehand. That is because this year the PSI matchmaking tool will be available to all participants for the first time. This tool is accessible free of charge to visitors and exhibitors and useful in all functions. With the help of this tool, visitors can make personal appointments with exhibitors before the trade show – quickly and with little effort. You can automatically access the tool after booking a ticket at the PSI Ticketshop, and there is an invitation mail for this purpose. However, it is advisable to take a few minutes’ time after logging in to refine your profile to get a large number of search hits. The PSI matchmaking tool is also an ideal instrument for exhibitors to help visitors find them even before the trade show. The main exhibitor contacts are already filed in the tool, but exhibitors should also add the contact data of their stand personnel (including departments and responsibilities) after the first login to get as many hits as possible. Now before the trade show is the right time to make use of the tool to renew old contacts and make new ones. Give it a try! INVITE CUSTOMERS NOW You have to have seen the PSI to get an idea of the possibilities offered by the pro- Innovative, international, unusual: the PSI shows its young sside de in Hall all 12 aand d Hall all 11. . motional products business. This year once again, exhibitors have the opportunity to invite all their distributor customers to the PSI free of charge – regardless of whether they are members of the PSI. No exhibitor should miss this opportunity to keep up existing customer relationships and make or expand new ones. Exhibitors themselves can thus do a lot to make the PSI an even better known marketplace for promotional products and contribute to the trade show’s success with this invitation campaign. It is not yet too late as customer invitations can be extended up to the last minute. The invitation process is very simple thanks to e-mail templates and the Online Servicing Center (OSC), and what is more, exhibitors can count on support from PSI. < 35
