Preamble PSI – A NETWORK WITH SO MUCH TO OFFER! The PSI (Promotional Product Service Institute) has been serving the European promotional products industry and its market participants as a service provider and networking platform for over 50 years. Its services support the daily work of 6,000 market participants such as manufacturers, importers, finishers, distributors and agencies. Key services include personalised consultation and product research as well as marketing, professional training, industry contacts and online product search solutions. These services enable our member companies to generate new business and grow their profits long-term. Every member of the PSI Network pledges to adhere to the Code of Honour of the promotional products industry. In part, that means: staying connected and helping each other. The PSI carries out this mission by providing integrated service solutions for a variety of corporate tasks to its members in order to expand their business activities in a lucrative market and create effective distribution channels. This task also includes regular industry updates that contribute to a better understanding of the market and serve as the basis for extrapolating trends. To that end, the PSI has created the Europe-wide Industry Barometer, a twiceyearly survey on the current state and trends of the industry – which is now being published for the third time. Nothing comparable exists to date. Results are made available to PSI members free of charge. 3
